Manufactured from scratch

DESIGNED, PATTERNED, CUT, SEWN, and PRINTED in VERMONT

We are proud to introduce Vermont made t-shirts from the Green Mountains of New England. The shirts will be made from start to finish from 100% cotton that is knit in the US, and carefully cut and sewn right here in Vermont on sewing machines operated by local people. We are presenting this concept directly to you, the consumer as a crowdfunding campaign to help us raise the capital we need to launch the operation. Order and pay for your shirt today and we will manufacture and ship it to you in a few months. You can choose from one of 3 fabric colors for a classic blank t-shirt, or pick from one of 6 original local artist designs, screen-printed by our friends at New Duds. Wholesale inquiries welcome at info@queencitydrygoods.com.

THE SHIRT

Our shirts are made from super soft, lightweight, 6 oz US knit cotton jersey. We compared all our favorite t-shirts and boiled them down into the best combination of fit and construction for comfort and durability, complete with hemmed sleeves and waist, a ribbed cotton neckband, and a taped shoulder/neck seam, and our label.  Our logo, sizing and care information are all transferred to the fabric, so there's no need for a separate label.

THE ART

All printed designs are created by local Vermont artists.  A portion of the proceeds from each shirt sale goes to the artist for as long as we keep printing that design!  You are supporting local manufacturing, as well as local artists.

FULL COVERAGE!

[See all colors]

This unique full coverage process is only possible because we actually manufacture the shirt from scratch.  We take the raw fabric and hit it with a giant 58" x 36" screen that repeats to cover the entire roll of fabric. Then, the printed fabric is cut and sewn into a t-shirt with Scott's pattern on every inch of the shirt.

SIZING

The classic Queen City crew neck cut comes in a unisex size run that will accommodate both men and women. Check our size chart below to identify the best fit for you. Measurements are shoulder to shoulder across the back. We pre-shrink the shirts before shipping, so your t-shirt fits properly right out of the package.

Take any shirt that fits you well, lay it on a flat surface and measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back. Match that measurement to the closest size below:

XS (15 7/8") S (17 1/8"") M (18 3/8"") L (19 3/8") XL (20 3/8") XXL (21 5/8")

OUR GOAL

Your pre-order allows us to purchase the raw materials, pay the stitchers, and cover operating expenses so that we can implement an ongoing manufacturing operation. If we reach our second fundaraising tier of 40K, we will add a women's cut to our line. There is no ceiling to the fundraising campaign. The more pre-orders we sell, the better we will be positioned to establish a successful manufacturing operation.

TIER 1  10K funding goal. Production begins on your crew neck t-shirts

TIER 2  40K funding goal. We add a second, more fitted women's t-shirt with scoop neck and slight A-line shape.

Thanks for viewing!

See our previous Kickstarter project for the Queen City Racer Jacket.  The project was successfully funded and the jackets have been manufactured and shipped to happy customers!
